Every thing is very good n perfect. We are attend by hotal staff leela. She is very helpful n caring. She takes care our childs very well. Food was good. Rooms was goods. Hotal staff also help n taking care of our mother who is senior citizen serving dinner in rooms n other facilities too. Thanks making my trip memorable.

Awesome location, right in the middle of the markets. Surrounded by good food and lots of shopping. Attentive and helpful staff. Room was clean and had great views of the mountains and street below. Lovely communal areas, really good for a solo traveller, get a chance to meet people. Also handy for groups as there's so many couches and tables to hang out at. Stairs are fine, I'm unfit and had multiple large bags, it was no issue (honestly don't know why people are complaining about the stairs). Great stay, will return. Only con is that they did try to charge me significantly more than the advertised price; had to negotiate to get an acceptable deal. This is a bit of a trend in Darjeeling though, no harm.

Very nice hotel. Situated the prime location in Darjeeling. Rooms are nice. View from the drawing room is awesome. Heater is available in all the room. But one problem is there 8s no lift in this hotel . Otherwise it is a beautiful hotel.
